I am here to remember the Song, and to help others remember too. I accomplish this through contemporary chant, intuitive song, and crossover music, shared around the world, through chant and song recordings, SongCare Original recordings, ChantWave community celebrations, SoulVoice workshops, Art of Presence retreats- co-led with my wife, Doris.

I am also here to remember to let go when it's time, and to help others let go too. I accomplish this through Graceful Passages: A Companion for Living and Dying, an audio resource and book I created with Emmy-award winning composer Gary Malkin, and through trainings in hospice to support those who care for others. I am also here to remember to take care of myself as well as others, and to help me remember I co-created the Care for the Journey initiative, supporting medical professionals and healers in America and Europe to reduce emotional stress and come deeper into presence. (see www.careforthejourney.net)
I am also here to remember to not take myself or the world too seriously, and I do this through humor and comedy, including the little gardening manual I published 20 years ago, A Course in Marigolds; through the teachings and products of Guru Huggin Das, and through musical theater productions from time to time.
I am also here to remember the simplicity of the line and the form, and love to draw and play with color; my GraceNote greeting cards and coloring book, Windows of Nature, reminded me of this original joy. I now find joy in creating covers for my music albums and concert posters, etc.
